Calling all vendors!
Have a product that will appeal to our enthusiastic attendees?
Consider becoming a vendor! We have a SUPER discounted price for all students and grads, in any of our certification programs. (Purchase of a conference pass is required to all vendors and all who work at their booth).
Exhibitor space is $100, and includes: 9’x7’ (approximately) indoor exhibitor space, 6’ table, white tablecloth, 2 chairs, and a 1/2 page listing/ad in both our online and printed programs.
We do allow booth sharing. We do ask that booths are manned during all conference hours and Saturday and Sunday, including the Saturday night event. Tables are in the conference area. Conference team is not responsible for your table or contents.
We operate on a first come first serve basis, but reserve the right to limit the number of products or type of products at your table. We di this to limit duplicate of exact items, and to give our conference goers a variety of opportunities. It’s also gives vendors more of an exclusivity. For example, we will not allow multiple vendors or the same brand of an essential oil, but we will allow more than one essential oils vendor.
We are not merely selling booth space; it is our intention to help weave the fabric of the healing community together. Also, we want our conferences to feel fresh and new each time, and look for exhibitors that will assure that the energy stays light and bubbly.
We are open to having practitioners who wish to offer an IA or SC related service to have a table to the conference as well. This is includes, oracle card readings, mini feng shui consultations, mini soul journeys etc. Please remember that these tables are within our conference presentation room, so sessions at your table can only occur during breaks, and not during presentation times.
